Anne Mcaffrey is no longer with us

The world lost a great woman. Anne McAffrey died 21st of November, in her home in Ireland.

Anne McAffrey was the first woman to win both a Nebula award and a Hugo award for fiction. She was also the first author to make it to the New York Times bestseller list with her SF title “The White Dragon”.

Anne McAffrey was, and will be best known for her famous Dragonriders of Pern series, although she wrote a lot of fantasy and science fiction.
